SUSHI is a web application available at the Functional Genomics Center Zurich (FGCZ) for the analysis of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. With its intuitive interface, it provides access to all major tools for NGS data analysis and lets the user generate comprehensive analysis workflows. SUSHI lets users analyze bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, methylation, and many other types of sequencing data. We will cover a specific topic of NGS data analysis once a month.
