This laboratory fulfills a lot of different demands to freeze-dry samples as well as preparation of samples for texture analyses by ultrasonic dispersion. Further, we extract samples for soluble organic matter by ultrasonic or soxhlet extraction and purify samples afterwards using chromatography methods before we perform gas or liquid chromatography analyses.
