A passive scalar that follows the flow field is injected into the system as done during the experiments. This simulation has combined flow velocity of CSF secretion from choroid plexus and infusion of the artificial contrast agent. The temporal distribution of the passive scalar is simulated over 50 minutes and visualized with the contour images showing passive scalar concentration from 0 to 1.
